“The only bad thing I have to say is the listing was misleading. It says lakeview, which it’s not. This was the main reason we rented this property. Otherwise, the place was neat and clean, had everything we needed. Bathrooms were spotless, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Great place to!”

“We had a great time, the hosts were very responsive and friendly. They were very flexible too , we could keep my bags earlier than check-in and had paid late checkout. Property was as advertised, Fireplace/hot tub were great! Hot water may not be available at the same time with all 3 baths in use ( was already mentioned). Sauna worked one day but stopped working the next but was not a big deal to us. I would highly recommend this place!”

“Amazing stay! House is clean, nice, new, and modern inside. Spacious bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. Laundry! Loved the jacuzzi and the sauna . We were able to walk to the lake. A nice 12 min stroll. Owners were super responsive and helpful! Overall amazing positive vibes and atmosphere ! Would def recommend ! Can’t wait to stay again in the future :) thank you !”

“Appreciate the host for their hospitality, responsiveness before and during the stay, and be thoughtful of us. We enjoyed the property, the bbq grill, the neighborhood, the hot tub, and the infra-red sauna.”

“The house was spacious and offered plenty of bedrooms, which made it easy for everyone in our group to have their own space — a definite plus for a multi-family trip. The bathrooms, for the most part, were nicely updated and clean, and the host was very responsive. When we noticed a broken speaker, they came by quickly with a replacement, which was much appreciated. That said, there were a few things that could use attention. One of the chairs collapsed while my father-in-law was sitting in it, which was concerning. There were a few other minor maintenance issues as well, including wallpaper peeling in the upstairs bathroom on our last day. Also, it's important to note that the property is not directly on the lake as described — it’s about a 12-minute walk away. Overall, we had a fairly decent stay, and with a few updates and more accurate listing details, this could be a great rental for large groups.”

“My friends and I stayed over the weekend at this beautiful home for a ski trip. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a long day on the slopes. The house is very clean and well kept, spacious and comfortable. There were 6 of us with plenty of room to comfortably fit more people. It's located in a very convenient location, being near multiple ski slopes, outlets and restaurants. It's only 15 minutes away from Camelback Ski area! Feliks answered all my questions right away and went above and beyond in recommending things to do in the area and what restaurants were near by! I'd definitely like to come back again for our next trip!”

“My family and I loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. People were polite those that we did run into and seeing Bambi and family every morning made the kids quiet happy. Comfortably housed my family and pets. Activities were enjoyable and the on-site store provided all spare ends we forgot to bring. All around serene and pleasant experience for those that enjoy nature.”

“We had a lovely time spending our Thanksgiving celebration and gathering at a Summit Lakeside property! I appreciated the quick response of the host from viewing the home to booking and while in the home. No complaints. We did run into hot water running low for showers and baths however the host did warn us to space out. The host was very accommodating when we did not have enough bath linens for the 11 of us. A member of the team was able to meet the need right away! There was plenty of space for everyone and we felt free to enjoy the lovely home!”

“The home is clean and comfortable with access to all needed amenities in and outside the home. The surroundings are beautiful with a clean child-friendly lake beach, pool and playground, which was perfect for our stay. The host is very responsive, and although we had a minor issue that wasn’t resolved in a timely manner, he recognized the inconvenience of the delay and fairly compensated us, entirely on his own accord. The only thing I wish were different is an earlier check-in to allow us to settle in for our family celebration and enjoy what the place had to offer.”

“Beautiful home. Looks exactly like pictures. Private neighborhood and beautiful views. The host was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay and also gave us a complimentary late check out which we were very happy about. We had a great weekend.”

“Family had a great vacation. We enjoyed hiking and taking in the nature. Plenty of friendly deer walking close to people in the neighborhood. House was very nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. There were a few issues, but the host was quick to respond.”

“We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The house was exceptionally clean and well taken care of, with accommodations for dogs and babies as well. We enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna, and watching the wildlife off of the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen was quite nice as well and was supplied with everything you would need to cook a nice dinner. Overall we had a great vacation, and made some awesome memories in this home!”
